Warehouse Cleanouts in Arlington | Great Southwest Area
Great Southwest is one of the region's established industrial districts, and the warehouses along SH 360 and in east Arlington produce loads that are heavy, dense and time-sensitive.

Can you handle a multi-truck warehouse cleanout?
Yes. We scope the load count from photos, an inventory or a facility walkthrough, then schedule trucks around your docks, shift changes and receiving windows. Pallets, packaging, loose non-hazardous inventory and office furniture are in scope; machinery, anchored racking and hazardous materials need specialist evaluation.
Warehouse cleanouts usually happen at transitions: a tenant leaving, a facility consolidating, or an operation that simply ran out of floor space. The materials — broken pallets, stretch wrap, cardboard, damaged inventory, office furniture from the front mezzanine — are dense and the timelines are firm.
We plan these jobs like logistics: load count, dock availability, whether a forklift and qualified operator will be on site, and how to stay out of the way of an active operation.

How we plan a facility job
Dock and door access
Tell us dock heights, door count and yard space so we can position trucks correctly.
Forklifts
If a suitable forklift and qualified operator are available on site, palletized material loads much faster. Our crew does not automatically operate customer machinery.
Active facility scheduling
We can work around shift changes and inbound/outbound windows.
Multi-load projects
Larger cleanouts are scheduled as a sequence of loads across one or more days.
Outside standard scope
- Industrial machinery and production equipment
- Anchored pallet racking (unless separately evaluated)
- Unknown chemicals, drums and hazardous waste
- Universal waste requiring certified handling
Facility questions
Can you coordinate a dock?
Yes. Give us dock details and receiving windows and we'll schedule loads to fit.
Can you handle multiple truckloads?
Yes. Multi-load projects are scoped in advance with the number of trucks and days.
Will you remove our racking?
Freestanding shelving, yes. Anchored racking needs separate evaluation before it can be included.
