Attic access
A clear pull-down ladder with floored decking is straightforward. Unfloored attics or very tight openings take more labor.
Heavy items
Gun safes, workbenches and weight sets are quoted individually because of weight.
Sorting on the day
If you want to sort as we go, that's fine — it just adds time. Pre-sorting keeps the cost down.

Questions we hear
Will you go into the attic yourselves?
Yes, when the attic is safely accessible. In summer we prefer morning appointments for attic work because of heat.
Can you take the old shelving units too?
Freestanding shelving, yes. Shelving anchored to studs can be removed if you detach it first or we agree on it in the scope.
What about the half-empty paint cans?
Paint and chemicals aren't part of a standard load. Arlington residents can use the city's household hazardous waste options; check the City of Arlington site for current details.
