The five load tiers
Junk removal is priced mainly by how much space your items take up in the truck. Our tiers start at $99 for a qualifying single item, $149 for a small load, $275 for a medium load, $475 for a large load and $700+ for a full truck.
- Single item — from $99 (qualifying furniture or similar)
- Small load — from $149
- Medium load — from $275
- Large load — from $475
- Full truck — from $700+
What's included
Standard pricing includes labor, loading, hauling and standard disposal. You don't need to carry anything to the curb.
What moves the price up or down
Volume is the starting point, but weight and access matter too. A third-floor walk-up apartment near campus takes longer than a driveway pickup in southwest Arlington, and a truck full of tile weighs far more than a truck full of sofas.
- Weight and material type (tile, plaster, dense debris)
- Stairs, elevators and long carries
- Parking and loading access
- Disassembly
- Special handling or disposal requirements
- Multiple truckloads
About the $99 price
Single-item pickup from $99 applies to qualifying furniture or similar items — think a chair, recliner, sofa or mattress set. Heavy, specialty or regulated-disposal items may be quoted separately.
Getting an accurate number
Text photos of everything that's leaving, with something for scale. Mention stairs or tricky access. We'll reply with a range, and the crew confirms the final price before loading.
