Terms of service

Services are provided by XB Junk Solutions LLC.

Estimates and pricing

Online prices are starting points. Photo estimates are ranges. The final price is confirmed on site before loading begins. Single-item pickup from $99 for qualifying furniture or similar items. Heavy, specialty or regulated-disposal items may require separate pricing.

Excluded materials

Hazardous or regulated materials — including paint, chemicals, fuels, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste and unknown substances — are not part of standard service.

Scheduling

Same-day or next-day service when the schedule allows. Large commercial projects are scheduled after scoping.

Customer responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to dispose of the items, provide safe access, and remove anything you want to keep.
