Warehouse & Facility Cleanouts in the Great Southwest Industrial District

Developed beginning in the late 1950s, Great Southwest became one of the region's major industrial parks. Arlington's portion, in the northeast near SH 360, is still full of warehouses and distribution space.

Can you work around an active warehouse operation?

Yes. Loads are scheduled around shift changes and receiving windows, with trucks positioned at docks you assign. Multi-load projects are planned in advance with a set number of trucks and days.

The Great Southwest Industrial District straddles Arlington and Grand Prairie (a separate city). The City of Arlington identifies it as one of its key economic centers. Arlington's portion sits in the northeast part of the city, roughly along the SH 360 corridor, with warehouse, distribution, manufacturing-support and flex buildings.

These facilities produce dense, heavy loads: pallets, cardboard, stretch wrap, damaged inventory and front-office furniture. Projects are often tied to a lease end or consolidation, so timing and dock coordination matter.
