Making repeat turnovers faster
Property managers who handle frequent unit turns get the most out of junk removal when each request looks the same: unit number, gate or lockbox access, photos of every room and a deadline.
Consistent requests make it easier to price quickly and schedule around make-ready crews, painters and cleaners.
- Send unit photos and access details in one text
- Note any items the owner or tenant is keeping
- Flag hazardous items such as paint, chemicals or batteries up front
- Share the make-ready deadline so pickup fits the schedule
Set up a photo-to-quote loop
Have maintenance text photos with the property name and unit number. A price comes back, the job is scheduled, and completion photos close the loop.
Batch turnovers
Several units on the same day is more efficient than one-off calls, especially during peak move-out periods around the academic calendar.
Abandoned contents
We remove contents once the owner or manager has completed any required legal process. Determining whether property is abandoned is the manager's responsibility.
Recurring service
Communities with constant bulk-item dumping often benefit from a scheduled recurring pickup.
