Construction Debris Removal Cost in Arlington
Debris is heavy. That's the single biggest reason it's priced differently from household junk.

What affects construction debris pricing
Construction debris is often heavier than household junk, so weight matters as much as volume. Drywall, tile, concrete and roofing materials can fill a truck's weight limit before its space.
Clear photos showing the pile size and material type help price the job accurately before loading. Structural demolition is not included; debris must already be removed and ready to haul.
- Material type: drywall, lumber, tile, concrete or roofing
- Total pile size and how it is staged
- Distance from the pile to the truck
- Whether the debris is bagged, loose or mixed
Volume and weight
Drywall, tile and plaster are dense. A partial load of tile can weigh more than a full load of furniture, which raises disposal cost.
What we haul
- Drywall, wood, trim and flooring
- Already-removed cabinets and countertops
- Already-disconnected fixtures
- Packaging and bagged remodel waste
What isn't included
Cabinet uninstall, plumbing or electrical disconnection, structural or concrete demolition, and hazardous materials like asbestos.
Saving money
Stage debris in one area near the driveway, keep heavy materials separate, and schedule a mid-project haul if space is tight.
